Nurse Practitioner New

Conviva Care Centers, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is seeking Nurse Practitioners for our clinics in the Corpus Christi area. We currently have openings at our Bayside and South Parade Island Drive locations in Corpus Christi as well as opening in our Kingsville, Texas clinic.

This role will offer you the opportunity take a hands-on approach, addressing patient needs inside the exam room and look beyond to understand how social determinates of health are impacting health outcomes. We have a unique care model that sets us apart for patients and providers. We are experts in senior-focused primary care with a multidisciplinary approach.

A day in the life of a Conviva provider:

• Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm schedule, with protect administration time each week
• Join an experienced team with an established patient panel
• See 10-12 patients per day. Opportunity to spend more time with patients
• Longer authorized appointments (45 minutes)
• Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient-facing time and general administrative time (charting, meetings, etc.) as it relates to direct patient care
