Position Description

Experienced and long-tenured staff, and very appreciative patients.

  • Highly respected within the community and a widespread draw area
  • Solo-provider clinic with strong nursing and administrative support
  • Established patient panel with consistent daily volume
  • Open to 4.5 day work-week
  • Experience needed – officed with 2 FNPs and 1 Geriatric NP
