To whom it may concern:

Please see the attached forms (links in blue below):

  1. Nueces County Infusion Referral Form for Monoclonal Antibodies (Up to 100 infusions per day in medical tents) Located at the old memorial parking lot
  2. Angela Stith, FNP Monoclonal Antibodies via VitalCare Telemedicine (one or two times per week a mobile clinic goes to patient homes / infusions per day unknown) / Note:  If the centers are full then Angela can provide care to patients at Access Care on Sundays.  She has 60 doses of Regeneron.
  3. Specialty Clinic Hector P Garcia Center (6 infusions per day)  The Word document attachments are the referral forms for the Hector P Garcia specialty clinic.  Note:  They have limited resources.   Options 1 and 2 are the best to reduce hospitalizations at this time.

The Nueces Medical Society held an emergency meeting on Monday at 6 pm to discuss the use of monoclonal antibodies for 12 and up to prevent severe illness, hospitalization, and death for those in high risk categories.

Time is of the essence.  Please disseminate this information.

Sincerely,
