Ticket Sales CLOSE 10/21/22 - Seating Limited
We would like to invite you to participate at our scheduled in-person event at the Botanical Gardens November 4, 2022. We are now accepting sponsorships for the event. We plan to include some past favorites such as meal options, cash bar, auctions, photo booth in addition to the Wine Tasting Events. We will again have fun surprise entertainment this year! We hope that you will come out and enjoy the event Our sponsorship levels are attached and registration is available by mail or on our website (details below).

Dear Fundraiser Sponsor:
Our Coastal Bend Advance Practice Nurses group is having our Annual Fundraiser on Friday, November 4, 2022. We anticipate approximately 200-300 nurse practitioners, physicians, community advisors, and medical vendors coming together for this event.
Included below are the sponsor levels that will help support the event and silent auction. Sponsorships may be purchased online at www.coastalbendapn.org or by contacting Ilaria Reyes NP (361) 779-9440, Dr. Kristy Aleman DNP (361) 947-9874 for details.
· CBAPN Member Sponsor $350: Includes 2 tickets, name in the program (please submit how you want your name to be listed on the program) and social media
Silent Auction Items – Silent Auction items are needed and appreciated! Please deliver Silent Auction item by September 30 along with a company business card and estimated value of the item. We can also pick up any silent auction item from you. You may contact coastalbendapn@msn.com to make arrangements for pick up.
Individual Ticket Sales - Tickets may be purchased for $75 per person. Tickets are available for purchase at www.coastalbendapn.org.
*All monies collected are for the benefit of the local community through nurse practitioner scholarships, local charitable donations, and legislative assistance for APRNs.
