Nurse Practitioner and Physician Awards - 2025 Nominations

Please nominate a devoted Nurse Practitioner or Physician for our 2025 Awards.  It is heartwarming to recognize the hard work and commitment that our peers demonstrate to improve the health of their patients.

Nurse Practitioner Preceptor of the Year

Demonstrates a commitment to excellence in the clinical education of Nurse Practitioners.

1. Serves as a role model for other Nurse Practitioners in contributing to Nurse Practitioner education.
2. Served as a Preceptor for at least three nurse practitioner students in the past two years.
3. Recognized to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in Texas.

Physician Preceptor of the Year

Demonstrates a commitment to excellence in the clinical education of Nurse Practitioners.

1. Serves as a role model for other physicians in contributing to Nurse Practitioner education.
2. Served as a Preceptor for at least three nurse practitioner students in the past two years.
3. Recognized to practice as a physician or physician’s assistant in Texas.
