Call for Nominations – CBAPN 2026 Officers

To all CBAPN Members:

We are asking members for nominations for the upcoming Election for 2026

Executive Officer positions currently open are:

President-Elect, Corresponding Secretary, and Treasurer

 

President-Elect (Office term 1- year)

The President-Elect shall: 

Carry on the duties of the President in the latter’s absence.
Assume the duties of the President when necessary to fill an unexpired term.
Term of office to be one year.
Serve on the CBAPN Executive Committee
Assume the office of President after the term of office concludes.
Attend group monthly business meetings of the association

Corresponding Secretary (Office term 1 – year)

The Corresponding Secretary shall:

Provide oversight of major mail outs.
Provide notifications of meetings and elections.
Maintain the membership databases.
Term of office to be one year.
Attend group monthly business meetings of the association.

Treasurer (Office term 2-year)

The Treasurer shall:

• Manage the financial records of the association.
• Submit a written report of finances and funds at each regular business meeting.
• Prepare an annual report at the last meeting of the year.
• Term of office to be two years.
• Attend group monthly business meetings of the association.

Requirement: Nominees must be active NP members of the association. 

Self-nominations are encouraged. If you are nominating someone else, please ensure your nominee agrees prior to nomination.

Nominations will be submitted to all members for voting via Survey Monkey next week.
